چکیده

Background: Microcirculatory disorders including Raynaud’s phenomenon are one of the most important clinical symptoms systemic sclerosis (SS). Objectives: We found it appropriate to evaluate efficacy biofeedback (BFB) in complex therapy SS patients based on analysis nailfold capillaroscopy. Methods: The study included 70 patients. 94% we examined were women and 6% men. average age = 38±3,3 years, duration illness 14±2,6 years. (RP) was observed all its severe form seen 80% effectiveness BFB analyzed by studying dynamics measures from capillaroscopy comparing data obtained main control groups. Results: Dynamics capillaroscopic signs efficiency groups summarized table: Analized Main group (n=40) Control (n=30) before after Skin score, M±SD 22,56±10,24 14,99±9,44* 21,04±12,01 20,01±9,88 Dilation capillaries, % 34 (85) 16 (40)* 24 (80) 17 (56,6) Avascular fields, 26 (65) (60) 13 (43,3) Morphological capillaries’ changes, 36 (90) 22 (55)* (73,3) 10 (33.3)* Hemorrhage, 25 (62,5) (25)* 12 (40) 7 (23.3) *- p < 0,05 It that participated training, showed significant positive following picture: dilatation capillaries (x 2 9,643; 0,026), morphological changes 4,90; 0,027), hemorrhage 4,514; 0,034). Only indicator change patients, presence dilated 5,833 with 0,016). Conclusion: These findings suggest treatment results significantly better may be a useful adjunctive for syndrome SS.
